Fruitcake
This is a no bake fruitcake. Put this recipe with your favorite recipe box and
make it for the holidays.
1 pound honey graham crackers
8 ounces candied fruit, diced
1 cup pitted dates, chopped
¾ cup light raisins
¾ cup walnuts, chopped
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
1 (6ounces) can of evaporated milk
1/3 cup water
Crush graham crackers to fine crumbs. In a large mixing bowl mix together all
ingredients except milk and water, mix and knead until all the crumbs are
moistened. Press firmly into a wax paper lined loaf pan garnish as desired with
candied fruits and nuts. Cover with a fowl wrap. Refrigerate for 2 days or more
before serving.
