Recipe No. 3

REFRIGERATOR PICKLES

7 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
1 cup thinly sliced onions
¼ cup green peppers (optional)

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon salt (canning salt)
on above and let set for 1 hour. Squeeze out all the moisture you can.
ADD
2 cups sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon celery seed
Place in glass jar and cover and refrigerate overnight. They are ready to serve.
They well keep in the refrigerator very well.
