Recipe No. 7

PARMESAN SPREAD

1/2 - 3/4 cup parmesan cheese - sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup onions, chopped
olive oil

Place in blender and run while adding olive oil to make a spread consistency.  Use on crackers or focatia bread that has been toasted.
